How Ndurumo Safaris Ltd handles the information you give us.
Last updated 18 September 2026.
Who we are
Ndurumo Safaris Ltd, trading as Ndurumo Tours & Safaris, of Wabera Street, Ellis House, 7th Floor, Nairobi, Kenya, is the data controller for information collected through this website.
If you have a question about this policy or about the information we hold, email info@ndurumosafaris.com or call +254 141 157 973.
What we collect
When you send a safari enquiry we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, preferred contact method, and the details of the trip you are asking about.
We do not ask for passport numbers, payment details or identity documents through this website. If those become necessary at booking stage, they are collected separately and securely.
- Contact details you give us in an enquiry
- Trip details — dates, party size, children's ages, accommodation preference, budget indication and any requirements you describe
- Anonymous, aggregated traffic and performance measurements
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange a safari if you go ahead. That is the only reason. Children's ages are collected because they determine which properties can accept a booking and whether child rates apply.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
To arrange a trip, we share the minimum necessary information with the accommodation providers, ground operators and transport suppliers on your itinerary. On cross-border routes that includes our Tanzanian operating partner.
We also use service providers to run this website and deliver email. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are used and how quickly they load. These collect aggregated, anonymous measurements and do not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you across other sites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years, because safari planning often spans more than one season. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 governs how we handle personal data. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have rights under the UK GDPR or the GDPR respectively, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we limit who can access enquiry data to the people who need it to answer you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the page itself.
