What this trip is.
The Giraffe Centre in Lang'ata was set up to breed the endangered Rothschild's giraffe and to run conservation education for Kenyan schoolchildren. A raised feeding platform brings you level with the giraffes' heads.
It is a short visit and can be combined with the Karen Blixen Museum or the Sheldrick orphanage when venue schedules allow.
